3)If the problem can’t be solved by Telephone or E-mail,we will arrange our local maintenance agent to do onsite maintenance services.
4)All the testing and maintenance report will be feed back to SICAO head office after repaire.
5)Customer Service specialist will pay you a return visit by call, tracking the following work.
